Each invite page has an Apple/Outlook .ics download and a Google Calendar button. Timezones are handled for you; we store times in UTC and display in your chosen timezone.

Public links use unguessable "tokens" and are invisible to search engines. Only the people you choose to share/send the link to will see your event. For an extra level of security and privacy, you can also add a passcode to the event so only people with the code can view and RSVP.

Yes. Set an RSVP close date/time and a guest cap in the manage event page. Once the cap is reached or registration is closed, the form stops accepting new RSVPs.

Collecting an email is optional. If provided, we can send reminders/updates. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and guests can opt out anytime.
